I make food that brings people together and I’ve been doing it weekends straight for the past two years. Private catering, private dining, long tables, big laughs, Italian food done properly. That’s my lane, and I stick to it.

I love cooking, I love people, and I love seeing a room light up when the food hits the table. Every menu is fresh, intentional, and designed to make your event feel effortless and a little bit unforgettable.

I run the show myself, from shopping to service to clean-up, because I want every detail to feel just right. That’s SALUTÈ: honest, unfussy Italian food, served with warmth, style, and a little bit of edge.

SALUTÈ kicked off with private catering.

Just me, a kitchen, and a passion for honest, unfussy Italian food that makes people linger at the table. One dinner party turned into another, and before long, I was fully booked every weekend, serving food, stories, and plenty of laughs.

As word spread, I added private dining, an intimate, menu-led experience where every detail is crafted for your table. Two years in, I’m running SALUTÈ full-time, doing what I love most: sourcing the best ingredients, creating dishes with heart and heritage, and seeing guests connect over food that’s bold, effortless, and unforgettable.

Food isn’t just a meal - it’s my love language, my way of bringing people together, and yes… making sure your table is messy, loud, and full of magic.
