Ciao! I’m Lauren, the heart behind SALUTÈ. What started in my best friends lounge room grew from one simple insight: Perth deserved honest, unfussy Italian food that arrives ready to enjoy.
My happiest memories take place around a crowded table, overflowing with food, laughter, and loved ones. I wanted everyone to taste that same magic - and that’s exactly what SALUTÈ delivers.
As a one-woman team, my mission is straightforward: share my passion for cooking, invite you into our Italian family traditions, and create unforgettable moments one dish at a time.
about SALUTÈ
SALUTÈ was born in December 2023 from a love of food, family and unforgettable moments around the table. By February, I launched private dinner parties, and by March, I was fully booked. Since then, I’ve had the joy of hosting one (or two!) every weekend.
For me, food is more than a meal - it’s a love language. Whether I’m catering a special event or experimenting in my own kitchen, I’m always creating, tasting and perfecting. Every dish I serve is made with heart, heritage and a deep passion for bringing people together over truly authentic Italian flavours.
